Contract Type: Permanent | Full Time – 45 Hours per Week

About the Role

As a Soft Landscaping Team Leader, you will get the chance to supervise a small team working on various soft-landscaping contracts within our construction area. This could be anything from a new build, front lawn, rear garden, or public open space.

This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, learn more, and provide high-quality work for numerous exciting contracts.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in soft landscaping including planting, turfing, mulching, tree planting & seeding.
  • Hard Landscaping experience would be an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • A full valid UK driving licence.
  • A valid CSCS card is an advantage but not essential – but must be willing to obtain one to secure this position.
  • A strong health and safety mindset.
