Responsibilities:
- Acquire, develop, and retain business within technology partner accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new partners, engage with them, and enable them to drive sales.
- Work closely with Arrow Account Managers to develop vendor product sales.
- Provide commercial training to partners via MS Teams and facilitate technical training.
- Forecast sales opportunities accurately, covering both short- and long-term deals.
- Support Sales Operations, including order fulfillment and troubleshooting customer issues.
- Act as a Product Specialist, developing expertise in the Vendor’s product portfolio.
- Take responsibility for self-development in product knowledge and job competencies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and prospecting within a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interact with customers at all levels.
- Experience in negotiation and relationship management.
- Fluency in English is required.
