Responsibilities:

Acquire, develop, and retain business within technology partner accounts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify new partners, engage with them, and enable them to drive sales.
Work closely with Arrow Account Managers to develop vendor product sales.
Provide commercial training to partners via MS Teams and facilitate technical training.
Forecast sales opportunities accurately, covering both short- and long-term deals.
Support Sales Operations, including order fulfillment and troubleshooting customer issues.
Act as a Product Specialist, developing expertise in the Vendor’s product portfolio.
Take responsibility for self-development in product knowledge and job competencies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and prospecting within a similar role.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to interact with customers at all levels.
Experience in negotiation and relationship management.
Fluency in English is required.
