Job Description
Willows Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join on a part-time, temporary basis from October 2024 to cover maternity leave. You’ll work under the direction of teaching or senior staff, supporting pupils in the classroom to ensure they can access learning and assisting with the management of pupils and the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to the teacher and pupils
- Work under the direction of teaching staff
- Assist in managing classroom activities
