Job Description

As the Social Media Specialist, you will drive and implement the channel strategy across all global social media channels.

As an expert in social media best practice, you will ensure the continual development of COS in this space, evolving the way we connect with our customers and the COS community.

What You Will Do

  • Implement Social Media strategy, driving brand vision across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube)
  • An expert in luxury social media best practise to execute, measure and optimize campaigns and content across all social channels
  • Drive Social Media growth through a robust boosting strategy
  • Grow TikTok channel through content and community analysis, use findings to develop channel
  • Constantly evaluate performance, creating actionable insights to inform evolution of social-first content, delivering regular content reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Partner with Social Media Art Director to brief and develop social media content for each channel
  • Collaborate with Copy, Digital Design, and Content teams to bring campaigns to life across different social touchpoints, develop stories for key brand moments, and brief Art Direction and Shoot teams. Additionally, develop tone-of-voice with the Copy team, providing competitor research and industry knowledge

  • Collaborate with regional paid teams for TikTok campaigns, providing insights and content plans, and work closely with regional social teams to ensure local channels (WeChat, Weibo, Line and Kakao Talk) follow social media brand guidelines
  • Maintain strong relationships with platform reps, identifying opportunities to develop channels
  • Lead meetings and workshops to continuously educate and evolve the social media channels
  • Alongside Social Media Coordinator, implement the day-to-day running of all social media channels

What You Need to Succeed

  • Expert in luxury fashion and social media, with extensive knowledge of TikTok
  • Proficient in social media reporting, including Dash Hudson equivalents and Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of social media boosting techniques
  • Knowledgeable about regional social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Line, and Kakao Talk
  • Adaptable to changing priorities, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy
  • Creative and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to think globally while identifying regional opportunities
  • Continuously seeks out and monitors new trends and opportunities in the social media landscape
  • Applies social media expertise to inform messaging and guide decision-making
