Reconciliation Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cash Logistics Reconciliation Officer at our Toronto facility. As a key member of our team, you will support the Cash Logistics operation, specifically in ATM reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to banks and financial institutions (FIs). You will work closely with the Manager Cash Logistics and collaborate with a team of four professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to banks and FIs regarding treasury holdings and ATM reconciliation.
  • Provide high-quality, pro-active service to Brink’s customers, including banks and FIs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve service issues and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports and submission to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer service levels for reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in reconciling treasury holdings.
  • Prior experience in ATM reconciliation at the unit level.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
