About the Role
We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our Membership Team Customer Service Specialist at Kings Active Foundation. You’ll speak with parents, schools, and children to help them with bookings, payments, and questions. Your job is to give great service, solve problems, and help grow our membership.
What You’ll Do
- Understand how Kings Active Foundation works
- Learn our booking system and service rules
- Talk with new and current members by phone, email, or social media
- Help people book and pay for our services
- Follow up on questions or complaints
- Keep child records updated
- Support charity and group bookings
- Report feedback and support other teams when needed

- 37.5 hours/week (flexible between 8 am–6 pm)
