About the Role
Join NatWest as a Customer Service Apprentice. You’ll work in the Manage My Money team, assisting customers over the phone. You’ll learn on the job and get paid while studying for a Level 3 Financial Services Customer Advisor qualification.
This is a hybrid role. You’ll work from both home and the office in Southend-on-Sea. You must be based in the UK.

Education
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade A–C or Level 4) are helpful but not required. If you don’t have them, NatWest will support you.
