Job Responsibilities

You will fill the important functions of assisting customers and supporting the store team. The following are some of the possible duties depending on the position you occupy:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their queries, and provide specialist advice concerning health, beauty, and pharmacy products.
• Dispensers / Pharmacists: Support in preparing prescriptions and providing advice on medicines with safety standards and ensure the medicine dispenser standards are met.
• No7 Advisors / Specialists in Beauty: Provide tailored beauty consultations, skincare advice, and demonstrations of products.
• Optical Consultants: Assist customers on various eye care products around fittings and optical health advice.
• Healthcare Sales Assistants: Sales assistants working in healthcare guiding customers on medicines and health essentials OTC.
• Store Managers: Leaders of teams, driving sales, stock management, and generally achieving business targets.
• Software Engineers: Development, testing, and maintenance of digital systems to enhance customer and store experiences of Boots.

Ensure the store environment is tidy, well-stocked, and safe for customers as well as colleagues.
Work as a team in meeting targets and delivering excellent services on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for people who are motivated, friendly, and customer-focused. Requirements vary by role:

• So far as all jobs are concerned, good communication skills, ability to work in teams, and an attitude that shines positivity should be considered.
• Customer Advisors/Healthcare assistants- No formal qualifications are required; training will be provided.

• No7 Advisors/Beauty Specialists-An interest in beauty, skin, skincare, cosmetics with good customer services.
• Optical Consultants-Experience or training in Optical care is preferred.
• Store Managers-Proven leadership in retail, with strong organisation and team management skills.
• Software Engineers-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, plus those who can code and work through problem-solving.
