Qualifications:
- RMN qualification and UK NMC PIN

Job Responsibilities:
- Assessing and planning nursing care needs for patients with mental health needs
- Providing therapeutic interventions and administering prescribed medications
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of treatments and interventions
- Helping patients recover and promoting their overall health
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
- Participate in staff training and development activities
